1. Services

Courtny Does Marketing provides marketing strategy, website development, content services, and related digital marketing support.

All services are outlined in individual proposals, agreements, or service pages. Scope, deliverables, timelines, and pricing will be defined prior to project commencement.

Custom projects are scoped individually. Defined offers such as Click Starter and Content Remix follow the structure described on their respective pages.

2. Payment Terms

Payment terms vary depending on the service selected.

For productized services (such as Click Starter or Content Remix), pricing is listed on the service page and billed according to the stated schedule.

For custom services, payment terms are outlined in the individual agreement.

Failure to remit payment may result in paused services, withheld deliverables, or termination of agreement.

All payments are non refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

3. 12 Month Minimum Agreements

Certain services, including Click Starter packages, require a 12 month minimum commitment.

Early termination does not void the minimum term requirement. Clients are responsible for fulfilling the financial obligation outlined in the agreement.

After the initial term, services may continue month to month unless canceled in writing.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment:

• Clients retain ownership of final deliverables specific to their brand.

• Courtny Does Marketing retains the right to display completed work in portfolio, case studies, and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.

All strategy frameworks, systems, templates, and proprietary processes remain the intellectual property of Courtny Does Marketing.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide timely content, feedback, and approvals

• Supply accurate information

• Respond within agreed timelines

Project delays caused by lack of communication or delayed materials may result in timeline adjustments.

6. Revisions

Revision rounds are defined within each service agreement.

Additional revisions beyond scope may incur additional fees.

7. Results Disclaimer

Marketing outcomes depend on multiple factors beyond the control of Courtny Does Marketing, including market conditions, competition, offer strength, and execution consistency.

No guarantees are made regarding specific revenue, growth, or performance outcomes.

8. Limitation of Liability

Courtny Does Marketing shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of services or website access.

Maximum liability shall not exceed the total fees paid for the service in question.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate services in writing subject to the terms outlined in the service agreement.

Outstanding balances remain due upon termination.
