Refunds and Returns

Courtny Does Marketing provides digital marketing services, strategy, and website development. Due to the nature of these services, all sales are subject to the terms below.

By purchasing services, you agree to this Refund Policy.


1. General Policy

All services are non refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

Digital services involve time, strategy, and intellectual work that begins immediately upon project initiation. For this reason, refunds are not provided once work has started.


2. Click Starter Packages

Click Starter packages require a 12 month minimum commitment.

• Monthly payments are non refundable.

• Early cancellation does not void the minimum term obligation.

• Failure to use the service does not qualify for a refund.

If a client chooses to discontinue before the 12 month term is complete, the remaining balance of the term remains due.

After the initial term, cancellation must be submitted in writing.


3. Content Remix

Single Remix projects:

• Payment is due prior to project initiation.

• Once work begins, refunds are not available.

Monthly Remix plans:

• Monthly payments are non refundable.

• Cancellation must be submitted prior to the next billing cycle to avoid additional charges.


4. Traffic Tune Up & Custom Services

For custom scoped services:

• Deposits are non refundable.

• Payments made for completed work are non refundable.

• If a project is paused or abandoned by the client, payments already made are retained.

In rare cases where work has not yet begun, refund requests may be reviewed at the sole discretion of Courtny Does Marketing.


5. Add Ons

Optional enhancements, including scheduling or platform expansion services, are non refundable once initiated.


6. Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting Courtny Does Marketing to resolve concerns is a violation of this agreement.

Clients agree to make reasonable attempts to resolve disputes prior to disputing charges with a financial institution.


7. Exceptions

Refunds may be considered only in cases where:

• No work has been started

• A duplicate payment was made

• A billing error occurred

All exceptions are reviewed at the sole discretion of Courtny Does Marketing.
