Create a Custom logo
Sparrow’s Closet is a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting children in the foster care system by providing clothing, essentials, and a sense of dignity during times of transition. Rooted in compassion and community, they work to meet both physical and emotional needs with grace, care, and intention—ensuring every child feels seen, valued, and supported.
As their mission grew, so did their need for a brand identity that matched their heart. Sparrow’s Closet needed a custom logo that felt warm, hopeful, and professional—something that would resonate with donors, volunteers, and the families they serve. That’s where I came in: to create a visual identity that captured their purpose and made a meaningful first impression.
The challenge was creating a logo that balanced professionalism with compassion—something that felt soft and approachable, yet strong enough to represent the important work Sparrow’s Closet does. It needed to resonate with a wide audience, from foster families to donors and community partners, while visually capturing the heart behind their mission.

Going into it, I knew the logo had to feel deeply personal while still being clean and versatile. I focused on symbolism, warmth, and simplicity—something that would evoke care and hope at a glance. My goal was to design an identity that felt trustworthy, heartfelt, and instantly connected to Sparrow’s mission.
To bring Sparrow’s Closet’s vision to life, I followed a thoughtful design process that blended meaning with simplicity. The goal was to create a logo that felt authentic to their mission, worked across all platforms, and left a lasting impression on anyone who saw it. Here’s how I approached it:
I started by exploring colors, fonts, and imagery that reflected the organization’s warmth, compassion, and community-centered mission—soft but purposeful.
The sparrow became the heart of the design—symbolizing care, protection, and dignity. I kept the illustration clean and minimal so it could work in any setting, from print to digital.
I created multiple logo variations and brand elements to ensure versatility across all platforms—whether it’s a website header, a donation form, or a volunteer T-shirt.
